Baby Brain Weekly Memoir … Cake Tasting, Co-sleeping, Friends n Food!

Hello all! 
Hope you’ve all had a good week! 
Here’s what we’ve been up to …
Last Saturday we had a family BBQ for Preetam’s birthday which you can read up more on here: Preetam’s Birthday 

Last Sunday we went over to friends, Sonia and Guv’s to meet their beautiful baby Avleen. Arjun of course loved Avleen and spent any given opportunity rushing towards her with his one sided crawl! Haha! Avleen is absolutely gorgeous and such a sweet little baby. Sonia and Guv have such a calm demeanour to them – it’s so endearing and something I wish I could adopt more!

Baby Brain Weekly Memoir … 27th March 2015

Hello all!

Hope you’ve had a good week! This post is a little late as we had a very busy Saturday yesterday!

Last Saturday night I had my first night out in London since I’ve been pregnant! It was for my friend Ruby’s hen. Preetam kept Arjun home and they had a daddy son evening whilst mummy went out and let her hair loose a little.

I had such a brilliant time catching up with the girls – some of which I hadn’t seen in over 10 years. We had lots of laughs reminiscing about the past and how much we’ve grown up. We started the evening off by playing hen games in a hotel room (LOTS OF LAUGHS) and later headed out to a restaurant called Momos just off Regent’s Street.  We had so much fun celebrating . It was also nice to go out with other mums and share our experiences – we were all excited to have a night off but we’re all yawning a lot earlier than the baby less mummies!

Baby Brain Weekly Memoir: 6th March 2015 … Back to Reality!

Hello all!

Hope you’re all keeping well and have a good week.

This was our first full week at home since Dubai as last week Preetam was in NY and Arjun and I stayed at my parents.

This week was definitely a huge time of adjustment for me. I went from having others around me constantly for the last three weeks to suddenly being all alone again. I always struggle to readjust and always go back to a place where I question my ability to be able to take care of Arjun alone. We are slowly getting back there!
